What do you like about working at Valspar?

Really it's working in maintenance, working in engineering gives you an opportunity to work with everybody on site. It's a great experience to be able to work on a day-to-day basis with the different departments and interact with different people.

Tell us a little more about your experience at Valspar.

Basically my role is split somewhat 50/50 between maintenance and project engineering. I'm responsible for supervising our maintenance mechanics and lead. I provide direction, maintain the expenses for the department and on the project engineering side I've done a series of projects since I've been here.
