Recruiting Program
Valspar's college recruiting program is designed to actively recruit and hire undergraduate and graduate students for permanent jobs as well as internship and COOP assignments. We have available employment opportunities at facilities throughout the United States.
We actively recruit in the following fields: Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Accounting, Finance, Information Technology and Computer Science, Operations Management and General Business Management.
Students hired through Valspar’s college recruiting process are placed into the following
areas of our business:

We seek students meeting the following qualifications:
- Have obtained an overall and major GPA of 3.0 or better.
- Demonstrate maturity, self-confidence, self-initiative and leadership.
- Demonstrate innovative and creative thought processes and excellent problem solving skills.
- Practice strong organization skills.
- Have developed excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Have developed strong interpersonal skills and are able to build solid working relationships with co-workers and team members.
