MINNEAPOLIS, Minn., February 27, 2008 - The Valspar Corporation (NYSE:VAL) announced today that, at its February 27, 2008 meeting, the Company's Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of 14 cents per share, payable April 15, 2008 to all common stockholders of record on April 1, 2008.
