About Valspar Europe

In business since 1806, Valspar is the only major coating manufacturer in the world that focuses solely on coatings and inks, and we are the world's largest coatings supplier to the metal packaging industry. Following our global customer base, Valspar expanded into Europe in 1996 with the acquisitions of Coates Coatings and the Dexter Corporation in 1999.

In 2001 Valspar acquired the Lilly Corporation to strengthen the company’s Industrial Coatings division. Today, with over 700 employees and 5 manufacturing sites across Europe, Valspar is proud to offer the following products to our global customers:
