Technology
Valspar has a proven multi technology base to serve the Off Road market place. In each technology sector Valspar is able to provide cost effective solutions:

E-coat
Valspar offers a broad range of e-coat technologies.
• The range of anodic technologies for decorative purpose with moderate performance expectations is known to surpass the corrosion protection of other commercial anodic products
• For applications requiring a combination of UV resistance and corrosion protection Valspar’s cathodic acrylic technology permits to be custom formulated to offer superior corrosion protection while still providing gloss retention in a single coat. The products also provide excellent inter-coat adhesion for application requiring topcoats.
• Valspar’s cathodic epoxy 900 series provides maximum corrosion protection for functional applications.


Liquid
Our full line of liquid technologies, solvent and water based, places Valspar in an excellent position to custom formulate towards the need of our customers. Based on our in depth knowledge of application and cure technologies Valspar can offer solutions that meet customer performance, application and environmental requirements without loosing focus on cost.

Our liquid portfolio includes a solvent and water based product line. Major chemistries as polyester, epoxy, alkyd and non-isocyanate technologies are available.

Powder
Our full line of powder technologies is manufactured to deliver superior quality and application efficiency for our customers’ powder lines. The batch–to–batch consistency of our products combined with our ability to control particle size distribution ensures our customers’ coating processes will consistently deliver the appearance and performance they demand.
