About Valspar Middle East

In business since 1806, Valspar is the only major coating manufacturer in the world that focuses solely on coatings and inks. We are the world's largest coatings supplier to the metal packaging industry and the second largest in Wood coatings.

Following our global customer base, Valspar has expanded from our home base in The America’s into other continents of the world with the acquisition of Coates Coatings in 1996 and the Dexter Corporation in 1999. With these companies came a long and successful history of supply into the markets of the Middle East with leading coatings, inks and powders for beverage, food and general line metal packaging. Supplies and services are provided mainly by our operations in Europe.

These acquisitions were followed by the Lilly Corporation in 2001 strengthening the company’s Industrial Coatings division and in 2004 the car refinish manufacturer De Beer joined the growing family of Valspar paint businesses further augmenting our position in The Middle East.

This region represents an important market for The Valspar Corporation and we are looking forward to supporting the growth of our many customers there.

Today, with over 1100 employees and 11 manufacturing sites across Europe and Africa, Valspar is proud to offer the following products to our global customers:
