Like our corporate parent, our history dates back to the early 19th century, when a predecessor company developed the first internal can lacquer. Since that time, the Packaging Division has developed several "firsts" in the industry.

These innovations range from the first vinyl protective coating that allowed for beer packaging in cans, to our new generation of the first universal water-based, non-vinyl beverage end coatings. If it is a rigid metal container used in the packaging industry, chances are that we have coatings and inks that go in it or on it.
